Lay the wood down on a flat surface, such as a table or the floor. Measure the wood, so you create four pieces that are 2 inches wide, 2 inches deep and 20 inches high. Use the pencil, tape and measuring rule to ensure the pieces are extracted directly and evenly. These will be the legs of the piano bench.
Place the 1/2-inch plywood thickness plate down. Using the pencil, tape and measuring ruler, draw two pieces of wood support structure measuring 29 inches by 2 inches. Draw two additional support pieces that measure 13 inches by 2 inches. Finally, point to the plate being 29 inches by 14 inches. Cut the pieces of plywood together with the pieces of wood using the jigsaw. Use pieces of sandpaper to remove chips from freshly cut wood.
